Black Ballon Day is a day of remembrance, WVCORR will be hosting an event on March 6th, 2025 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm the location for the event will be held at 134 W Sioux Lane Romney WV, 26757 (Hampshire County Pathways DBA WVCORR) join us to honor the memory of those lost but not forgotten. We will be holding a mass Narcan training and promoting the message of overdose awareness.
