WHO WE ARE
HCPI is a non-profit organization located in the beautiful town of Romney WV. We provide a judgement free safe space multiple services for adults in recovery from SUD (substance use disorder), or any mental or behavioral health issue. Since 2010, we’ve been working towards the goal of ending dependence of and addiction to substances creating a community of people making new healthy choices. By supporting HCPI, you are showing our community and the individuals we serve that RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE!

We offer a variety of services and community support to help individuals and the families of people in recovery. These services are available and open to everyone in our community. Whatever your needs are, we are here to help you anonymously. Each year, we are able to provide additional services thanks to generous donations from people who care.

Pathways offers 3 distinct residential home options for those in recovery. The Lighthouse for women, The Monarch House for Pregnant and Parenting Mothers, and The Phoenix House for Men.
